We originally met Mike and Irma Nunez through a family member. They were very personable from the beginning and we made an instant connection. My husband and I knew that if we ever needed assistance with any real estate needs we would call Mike and Irma. Then that opportunity came along, and we started our next journey! We put our first home on the market. We’ve never been on the seller end of a transaction and didn’t know what to expect. However, Irma came over and (patiently) explained the step by step process of what to expect when selling our home. Needless to say, after a week on the market, we accepted a full price offer! And a couple days into escrow with the sale of our home, she helped us get an offer accepted in our desired neighborhood. What seemed like can be a daunting task, Irma made both transactions work out well and quick. With our old house closing one day and our new home closing escrow the very next day, we were able to move and settle in at our new home just before our children started school.
